nbc5 in the morning

On Fridays, the local NBC morning news plays host to a fellow by the name of Vincent who stands perfectly still behind the window of the newscasters. He always wears a different jacket. At first I thought he was a little scary and the whole thing was odd, but now I've gotten accustomed to it. Here's a picture from my TV.
